The skin is a natural barrier — and that's the problem with most skincare. The majority of active ingredients in conventional products don't penetrate far enough to make a meaningful difference.

Agloe's nanoliposome technology encapsulates active ingredients in microscopic lipid spheres that fuse with the skin barrier, allowing them to be delivered into the deeper layers of the skin rather than sitting on the surface. This means the carefully selected ingredients in our serums and moisturisers can reach where they need to go. It also enables our retinoid complex (Matrixaderm™) to be delivered in a controlled-release way — supporting the appearance of firmer, smoother skin without the surface irritation that standard retinol is known for.

Yes. Our skincare formulations have undergone efficacy and safety testing through QIMA in France, and clinical efficacy and consumer testing through Ozderm in Australia. Stability and shelf-life testing has been completed by our Sydney-based formulation chemist. Nanoliposome concentration validation has been carried out by Australian laboratory services.

The brand was founded alongside Holly Mason, an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and media personality, who identified the gap in the market for a product system that genuinely connected skincare and inner wellness. What started as a solution to their own frustrations became Agloe.

Our formulations have been developed with skin barrier integrity as a central principle. The Lamellar Moisturiser is specifically designed to support the skin's own microbiome and reinforce its lamellar structure. Our nanoliposome delivery system allows actives — including retinoids — to be delivered in a controlled way that is gentler on the skin's surface than conventional formulations.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing any new product on a small area (such as the inside of your wrist) for 24 hours before use. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and contact us.

All Agloe skincare formulations and nanoliposome complexes are manufactured in Sydney at GMP-certified facilities. Our supplements are manufactured in Melbourne from at least 36% Australian-made ingredients. Yes. All Agloe packaging is FSC certified. Our bottles and jars are fully recyclable, and all products are designed with the ability to be refilled — reducing unnecessary waste over time.
