Returns & Exchanges
This Returns & Exchanges Policy operates alongside (and does not limit) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:
The item must be in its original condition — unopened, unworn, and undamaged
All original packaging, tags, manuals, stickers, and inserts must be included
You must contact us before returning your item — we will issue a return label and provide instructions. Items must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Items returned without all original packaging or inclusions may be declined or incur a restocking fee.
Change of mind & incorrectly ordered items
If you are returning an item due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the following conditions apply:
A $12 return label fee will be deducted from your refund
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for refund
Unused, unopened items returned within 30 days in original condition with all packaging included.
Not eligible for refund
Opened or used products, items returned after 30 days, and sale or clearance items (final sale — no exceptions).
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at holly@agloe.com.au within 14 days of receipt with:
Your order number
A description of the fault or damage
Photos clearly showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Agloe.
Exchanges
We will replace items that are faulty or arrive damaged. If you would like to exchange for a different item:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Agloe cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returned packages
Adverse reactions
If you experience an unexpected reaction to any Agloe product — including skin irritation, gastrointestinal discomfort, or an allergic response — please:
Discontinue use immediately
Seek medical attention if symptoms are severe or persistent
Contact us at holly@agloe.com.au with the product name, batch number, and a description of the reaction
Your safety is our priority. We take all adverse event reports seriously and will respond promptly.
