These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.agloe.com.au and the purchase of any products from Agloe Pty Ltd. By accessing our Site, placing an order, or signing up to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About us and these terms

This website is owned and operated by Agloe Pty Ltd ABN 75 666 489 201 ("Agloe", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Victoria, Australia. Our registered address is 45 Sandy Bay Road, Hobart Tasmania.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.agloe.com.au (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our Site, placing an order, creating an account, or signing up to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising under them.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to (at our election):

the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;

the repair of the goods;

the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or

the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

Products — supplements

Agloe's supplement products are vitamins and mineral formulations classified as food under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (FSANZ). They are not therapeutic goods and are not registered or listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).

Our supplement products:

are intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle;

are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition;

are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;

should not be used in place of, or to delay seeking, advice from a qualified health practitioner.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an existing health condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using our supplement products. Keep all supplements out of reach of children.

Products — skincare

Agloe's skincare products are cosmetics regulated under the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019 (AICIS). They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to treat, manage, or prevent any skin condition or disease.

Our skincare products:

are for external use only unless stated otherwise;

are intended to cleanse, hydrate, nourish, or improve the appearance of skin;

are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin disease or medical condition;

should be patch tested before first use if you have sensitive skin or known skin sensitivities.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, redness, swelling, or any unexpected skin reaction. If you have a known allergy to any listed ingredient, do not use the product.

No medical or professional advice

The information on our Site, including product descriptions, ingredient information, wellness content, and any claims about benefits, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, dermatological, or other professional advice.

Any reference to scientific research, clinical studies, or expert formulation on our Site describes the ingredients or general research in that field — it does not mean our specific products have been clinically tested or proven to produce the described outcomes in individual users.

Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or skincare regimen, particularly if you have a medical condition.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are additional and will be shown at checkout.

Personal use

Products sold on our Site are for personal use only. You may not purchase products for the purpose of resale. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that we reasonably believe are for commercial resale.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within [INSERT DISPATCH TIMEFRAME] business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or events outside our control. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at holly@agloe.com.au and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Agloe purchase. This Returns Policy operates alongside (and does not limit) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened products. For unopened products returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt, we will offer a store credit or exchange. Return shipping costs are at your expense for change of mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at holly@agloe.com.au within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

How to return

Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Adverse reactions and complaints

Your safety is our priority. If you experience any unexpected reaction to an Agloe product — including skin irritation, gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic response, or any other physical symptom — please:

discontinue use of the product immediately;

seek medical attention if symptoms are severe or persistent;

retain the product and note the batch number printed on the packaging;

contact us at holly@agloe.com.au with your details, the product name, batch number, and a description of the reaction.

We take all adverse event reports seriously. Reports may be shared with relevant regulatory bodies (FSANZ, AICIS, or the TGA) where required by law or where we consider it necessary for consumer safety.

Account registration and security

You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Payments and data security

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our systems. Payment processors comply with PCI-DSS standards for the secure handling of financial data.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Marketing communications

Email marketing

By creating an account, placing an order, or submitting your email address on our Site, you consent to receive marketing emails from Agloe. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at holly@agloe.com.au. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

SMS marketing

By opting in to SMS communications on our Site, you consent to receive marketing and informational text messages from Agloe. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product formulations, and software — is the property of Agloe Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Website use and limitation of liability

We endeavour to keep our Site accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is free from errors, interruptions, or viruses. Your use of our Site is at your own risk.
